Challenge

Produce a 75th anniversary celebration event that would exemplify Air New Zealand’s award winning service, while driving consumer engagement and fueling conversations around #AirNZ75.

Strategy

Using our FoxTales applications and custom API integrations, representatives were able to collect information with unique QR codes as participants scanned to see if they won a trip. The FoxTales StoryStudio captured photos and videos as excited winners went home with roundtrip tickets to London, Sydney, or Auckland.

RESULTS

Long lines of participants were seen at both stations where Air New Zealand was able to acquire valuable consumer information into FoxTales’ CMS. Meanwhile, our custom API allowed users to stay engaged during their winning moment without interruption. The mobile-friendly Taleboard gallery included conveniently pre-filled social media copy with the #AirNZ75 hashtag for users  to share their winning moments quickly and effortlessly.
