Facebook and CNN wanted to give voters a voice during the 2016 Republican & Democratic presidential debates, but in a meaningful and engaging way that would connect them to the candidates.
Using FoxTale’s Platform, we created the #CampaignCamper mobile experience that was uniquely integrated into an Airstream trailer with a video-enabled podium for participants to personally share their election feelings and directly ask candidates questions during the live debates.
The #CampaignCamper fueled user generated content at each stop of the cross-country tour that was shared on CNN’s Facebook and Instagram accounts reaching over 20 million people. The debates along the cross-country tour was also aired on network TV that included #CampaignCamper questions on-screen reaching millions of viewers during the live presidential debates.
