Venue: Nike World Campus
Date: February 13-16, 2017
We were honored to extend Nike‘s powerful EQUALITY campaign at Nike World Campus, allowing employees to create their own EQUALITY in support of the initiative that “encourages people to take the fairness and respect they see on the in sport and translate them off the field.”
Nike unveiled their EQUALITY initiative in support of equality, not only on the playing field, but in every facet of life and is using their voice to encourage people to work towards equality in their local communities by partnering with organizations such as MENTOR and PeacePlayers.
This message is supported by a new film that amplifies the voice of athletes, using the power of sport to create conversation, inspire people to act and press for lasting change in their communities. The film features many prominent Nike athletes and presents a new performance by Alicia Keys, singing Sam Cooke’s “A Change is Gonna Come.”
To amplify this message from home, Nike wanted employees at their World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon to be able to get involved in a meaningful way. With this in mind, we created a custom filter to replicate the campaign’s signature gold look and feel along with a countdown preview mask to ensure users’ heads were cropped correctly. This allowed Nike employees to create their own EQUALITY campaign photo on one of the four StoryStudio kiosks set up around campus.
The result was the empowerment of hundreds of employees embracing their company message while having the ability to immediately share that pride for the world to see … and share they did!
Nothing brings us more joy than working with brands like Nike, who wield our platform in meaningful ways and who stand strong for what they believe in. We share these common values of respect and equality for all people, regardless of faith, race, gender or sexual orientation.
“The ball should bounce the same for everyone.”
