At Governor’s Ball Music Festival, we created seven different photo and gif experiences for the folks out on Randall’s Island to show off their festival looks and get creative with their Gov Ball take-home content.
We made seven different visual experiences throughout the festival grounds, partnering with different brands to create experiences where user-created micro-ads were made and shared straight from GovBall.

Gov Ball 2017 was so good that we wanted to freeze time! When our 10-camera array snapped the 3D content, users were digitally placed in Gov Ball’s NYC icons. Check out how we rocked out at the festival from 10 different angles, snapped with our new StoryMatrix array.
Gov Ball Pit
We captured attendees as they swam, dove, or simply danced in the Gov Ball Pit as a camera mounted from above shot wild BurstGifs of those looking to relive the days of playground freedom.

Gov Ball Presents…you! Our Gov Ball cinemagraph allowed festivalgoers to immerse themselves in the NYC-themed GovBall icons. And who doesn’t want pizza floating around them?
The Infatuation Saturation
For all the foodies out at GovBall (umm, everyone), we created a blue Infatuation saturation manipulation to celebrate the EEEEEATS at Randall’s Island Park.
Sour Punch Candy Bar
Over at the Gov Ball’s candy bar, those fixing their sugar cravings with Sour Punch Straws could show how they #PunchUp with a vibrant photo or gif.
Don Julio – Agave and EEEEEATS
At Infatuation’s 21+ Best Kept Secret area, the Agave and EEEEEATS Experience with MKTG served up delicious seasonal cocktails made with Don Julio Tequila and our BurstGif experience shooting quick-moving gifs of guests in front of a custom made balloon wall.
Godiva Milkshake Truck
Sweet treats and chocolaty photos were served up with Roots3 Productions at Godiva’s milkshake truck, allowing visitors to show off their shakes with an #OMGodiva photo or gif.
